Yoga and Sex Life:
From the body point of view we are first
animals, humans after and therefore we lived in the earth with sex.
The controlled sexual activities and the
sex based on real human feelings are acceptable and positive if first
do not produce any damage to the own person.
Each one have to asked oneself about the
love that is there in each action.
The mass media and advertisement industry
does exploit the sex impulses to reach to our inner mind dodging the intelligence
and trying to convince us to spend our money, time or energy. The
propaganda industry incites primary feelings to call our attention and
to promote changes in the our conduct.
Yoga helps us to avoiding to be manipulated
by consumerism, because due to the images used by the psychological propaganda,
the consumer in the entire world is experiencing day by day a greater
anxiety to obtaining the great happiness imagined with the purchase of
something that promises a pleasure associated with sex.
This originates a frustration feeling because
we will never reach what we where waiting, frustration
that can generate anxiety, nervousness and iritation with ourselves and
therefore with those which surround us.
Yoga can help us to see sexual relationship
in base to know first our own body and to listen it with love for later
know the body of the other person and to receive it with love.
The married yogi can love with his body
when understands well that men and women we seek what is same: peace and
happiness.
Therefore the yoga advises a conscious sexual
life.
Do live the sex that truthfully is beneficial
for you and do satisfy your needs as is good for you.
Think about your own welfare and avoid to
cause unnecessary suffering to others so as not to to lose your yoga,
your own serenity

"The lover is moved by
the beloved object as the senses are by sensible objects; and they unite
and become one and the same thing.
The work is the first thing
born of this union; if the thing loved is base the lover becomes base.
When the thing taken into
union is perfectly adapted to that which receives it, the result is delight
and pleasure and satisfaction.
When that which loves is
united to the thing beloved it can rest there; when the burden is laid
down it finds rest there"
"Blind ignorance misleads
us thus and delights with the results of lascivious joys.
Because it does not know
the true light. Because it does not know what is the true light.
Vain splendor takes from
us the power of being; behold!
For its vain splendor we
go into the fire, thus blind ignorance does mislead us.
That is, blind ignorance
so misleads us that... O! wretched mortals, open your eyes"
The Notebooks
of Leonardo Da Vinci -Note 2-
