A Course Structure:
- Individual presentation of all the students
in the beginning of the course.
- To prepare a list with all the people
addresses for everybody.
- It can be indicated with a sound when
every exercise is ending. Students can remain in silence after it as long
as one feel it.
- Before to start the class to explain
it in advance with timings and details.
- Give all the papers, class notes and
bibliography in advance.
- Get the feed back at the end of the course.
Questionnaires at the beginning and at the middle if possible.
- Give time to the students for oral or
writing questions.
- Give freedom to come to the practices
only if they want.
- End the class before time. Do not be
too long.
- Ask the students to carry a notebook
and a pen.
- All the students may be seated in group
circle on a open space. Students and teachers together.
- Before the practical class of asana to
increase the attention, close the eyes and feel the breath. We may help
asking -how do you feel?- for reference. After the class we can ask again
and compare.
- This course is based in practical classes.
