routine to help reducing stress, improving mind clarity and learning how
to really relax.

Complementing yourself and making others happy.
- Yoga is not magic or miraculous but a
nurturing and creative use of your own time and energy.
- It is stretching to improve flexibility.
- Enhancing the natural flow of energy
in the body.
- Stimulating exercises.
- Studies in body awareness.
- To put in correct line the back spine
of the person so that this verticality will bring a change in mood when
breath will be improved by a right posture.
