Yoga may offer to you maintenance of
the physical form, mental and emotional stability through postural
and breathing exercises. Yoga postures or "asana" that are done laying, sitting and
standing. Postures that train at the same time the body, the breathing
and the mind.
Health and peace are the aim of everyone´s life but with yoga we may have a clear program to follow.
