The Methodology is:
The traditional yoga and natural yoga self
care techniques applied to the everyday life.
A natural, soft and gradual training to
improve our posture, breath and sleep.
Development of physical strength as body
protection.
Relaxation, awareness and concentration.
Education of the breath.
Postural balancing.
Cleansing processes for the hygiene of
the different body systems.
Yoga postures for neuro muscular education
and coordinated rhythmic muscle function.
A personal program to be done everyday, and better individually.
A practical base to get self education and training, developing
our own control and awareness.
A yoga dedicated everyday time (for a few months test)
to feel if there is an improvement in the general state of health. Avoiding
abrupt changes over one´s life routine and applying rational and
simple exercises.
Every person have to study about one´s own life,
timetable, routine and objectives. Then comes to find an ideal place where
to put the little fragments of time that one can dedicate to oneself.
Yoga is to invest some time everyday to listen and take
care of our own health
