- Assertiveness based on respect to yourself and others. To say what we mean (without upsetting people) and also being able to say "no", "stop" and "enough".

- Personal free time, rest and relaxation.

- Like any other resource, time needs to be properly managed for the aceptance of the yoga practices in our life.

- A down- to- earth and straightforward approach with the emphasis on doing rather than talking. This practical view gives new skills to apply in everyday situations for improving life quality.
